Caitlin Cooper is a dating coach, certified holistic nutrition counselor, licensed health coach, NLP practitioner, and modern meditation teacher. She has used these skills to create a unique process helping men and women find balance in the mind and harmony in the body to attract, and sustain, relationships that serve their highest selves. She breaks down the complex subjects of online dating, relationships, self care and mindfulness into digestible and applicable action steps for busy professionals.
Before all of this though Caitlin was once an accident-prone gymnast, anxiety fueled athlete, and obsessive dieter. She was the picture of health on the outside but drove her body into the ground by living in extremes and ignoring red flags. As a result she spent more than 4+ years having debilitating spinal surgeries, living with multiple health issues, unable to get out of bed and learning to walk again. The stress on her body was obvious but the stress on her mind was the unspoken burden that required the most help. Caitlin had to find the right tools, nutrition and mindset to be able to regain her health and keep her mind calm in the face of extreme pain and stress. Once Caitlin started finding the tools to rebuild she found the last key to the puzzle was love - love from within, love from community, and most of all love with a partner.
Caitlin has devoted her life to helping others become the best versions of themselves to attract the life, partner and highest level of happiness possible.
