My story


 

 

There was time (not too long ago) that I was really sick, unable to walk and didn't live a life like a normal person. I was a live hard play hard kind of girl who thought my anxiety and franectic energy defined me and eventually this lifestyle drove my body into the ground. If you saw me now you may never know this so let me share a few things that will make you understand why I do what I do, eat what I eat and how that will help you build your healthiest self. 

  • I spent over 4 years recovering from multiple spinal fusion surgeries and learning to walk again
  • I used to be really sick from endometriosis, hypothyroidism, intestinal and stomach damage
  • I avoid gluten and eat mainly plant based to keep my inflammation down and autoimmunes at bay but I still love going out with friends and eating out. I mean I was in bed for years so I have some socializing to catch up! 
  • Before I found my calling in nutrition I majored in textile and fashion design. So I LOVE all things beautiful and I won't compromise on my values on nutrition or beauty so I work to create balance.

Caitlin is a light meditation facilitator, NLP practitioner, certified holistic nutrition consultant and health coach. She drives client success with her unique perspective on rebuilding natural vitality through light and sound therapy paired with holistic solutions to live a modern life with less stress and more ease.

Before all of this though Caitlin was once an accident-prone gymnast, anxiety fueled athlete, and obsessive dieter. She was the picture of health on the outside but drove her body into the ground by living in extremes and ignoring red flags. As a result she spent more than 4+ years having debilitating spinal surgeries, living with multiple health issues, unable to get out of bed and learning to walk again. The stress on her body was obvious but the stress on her mind was the unspoken burden that required the most help. Caitlin had to find the right tools, nutrition and mindset to be able to regain her health and keep her mind calm in the face of extreme pain and stress. Once Caitlin started light enabled meditation her health took a turn for the best it had ever been and finally gave her the ability to heal her taxed nervous system and enhance the other tools she used to regain her independence.

Now a thriving member of society again, Caitlin has devoted her life to helping others find peace in the face of life’s adversities and heal from the inside out. 


Caitlin is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Board Certified Health Coach (CHC), a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a member of the American Assocation of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), a Certified Practitioner Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Board Certified Affiliate of the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP), Pandora Star Light Operator for Brain Wave Entrainment Sessions.
