This is a guide to creating your own recipes by learning what flavors go together. This is part my own experimentation and part excerpts and inspiration from the most amazing book The Flavor Bible by Kare Page & Andrew Dorenburg. You must buy the book though for the full experience.

Keep your mind open when you read the ingredients and combinations. The ingredients can be used as whole, raw, cooked, baked, braised, boiled, grilled, pureed, as salad dressings, vinegars, garnishes, etc. The possibilities are endless so let your imagination run wild.
