Nutrition Tip:
Hemp contains all of the essential amino acids in a ratio closer to meat and eggs than other seeds, and in more nutritionally significant amounts. Hemp seeds contain 6 essential fatty acids, with an ideal omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. A rich source of fiber, and minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, and more. 

Hemp Milk

  • 4 cups Filtered Water
  • 3 Tbl Hemp Seeds
  • Pinch of Pink Salt


Place everything in the work bowl of a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Keep in a jar in the fridge for up to one week. 

Optional Add ins:

  • Pinch Vanilla Powder
  • Sweetener to taste
