Instant Raw Superfood Cereal

Raw - Vegan - Gluten Free - Sugar Free - Anti Inflammatory - Alkaline


  • 1 Tbl sunflower seeds (or nut/seed of choice)
  • 1 Tbl hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp bee pollen (skip if vegan)
  • 1 tsp spirulina or greens powder
  • 2 tsp mulberries
  • scatter a few berries or fruit of choice
  • 1 cup non dairy milk of choice


  1. Add all of your ingredients into a bowl, cover with non dairy milk, and stir well.
  2. Leave for 5-10 minutes stirring intermittently for the chia to "swell"(add more chia seeds if you want more of a porridge). This can also be assembled in a jar with non dairy milk and left to "bloom" overnight you will have a thicker cereal for the next morning. Get creative and use your favorite nut/fruit/superfood combos.
