Matcha Creamy Dreamy Smoothie

Vegan - Raw - Sugar Free - Alkaline - Anti Inflammatory


  • 1 1/1 tsp Organic matcha powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen spinach (or other leafy green)
  • 2-3 Tbl cashew cream (the more you add the creamier it will be)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Maca powder (start slow if you have never tried maca before)
  • 2 Tbl Hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or non dairy milk of choice and until you reach desired consistency)


  1. Add non dairy milk into the bottom of your blender and sprinkle the chia seeds over and allow to "bloom" while you gather the rest of your ingredients.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients on top and blend until a thick shake forms. If it’s too thick add more non dairy milk until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste for sweetness and add some green stevia, dates, or sweetener of choice if needed.
  4. Read the paper, drink your shake, breathe. Repeat.
