Matcha Creamy Dreamy Smoothie
Vegan - Raw - Sugar Free - Alkaline - Anti Inflammatory
- 1 1/1 tsp Organic matcha powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup organic frozen spinach (or other leafy green)
- 2-3 Tbl cashew cream (the more you add the creamier it will be)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Maca powder (start slow if you have never tried maca before)
- 2 Tbl Hemp seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or non dairy milk of choice and until you reach desired consistency)
- Add non dairy milk into the bottom of your blender and sprinkle the chia seeds over and allow to "bloom" while you gather the rest of your ingredients.
- Add the rest of the ingredients on top and blend until a thick shake forms. If it’s too thick add more non dairy milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste for sweetness and add some green stevia, dates, or sweetener of choice if needed.
- Read the paper, drink your shake, breathe. Repeat.
