Pina Colada Limeade Refresher

Serves 2

Raw - Vegan - Refined Sugar Free 

A powerfully revitalizing post workout drink full of vitamin C for pain relief, coconut water for lost electrolytes, and pineapple for inflammation.


  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice (about 5 limes)
  • Zest of 2 Limes
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/4 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk (scoop the creamiest part from the top of the can)


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until there are no more pieces of pineapple left.


  1. Optional: Add in a scoop of your favorite protein powder to make it a perfect recovery drink after lifting weights.
