Grain Free/Fat For Fuel Recipes

You have probably heard of the "Paleo" diet that focuses on a grain free lifestyle and consuming whole, unprocessed foods from our paleolithic ancestors. While I think there is a lot of merit in this way of eating it is important to not get caught up in fad diets and to do your research before eliminating an entire food group (like grains).
