Plant Based Snacks

There is a lot of buzz surrounding vegan/plant based diets. I am not telling you how to eat, but I do want you to think about different ways to eat. Incorporating plant based snacks made with raw, alkaline foods will provide higher energy, a smaller waist line, and cause less of an acidic load on the body. Experiment with "crowding" your diet in with vegan, whole foods like these below because by consuming more whole, plant-based foods means more antioxidants, more nutrients, vitamins, and less  room for any junk!
